I want to start my bearded journey, but need some help

Where do you ship to?
We ship to NZ and Australia.
If you live outside of these countries we can still ship to you, however we will need to send you a special shipping quote to you so just flick us an email firstname.lastname@example.org with details of what products you would like and where you live and we will get back to you ASAP.
What are your shipping costs?
New Zealand: For orders over $100, shipping is free! All NZ orders under $100 will be charged at a flat rate of $5.50.
Australia: Shipping is calculated by the total weight of the order, and will be automatically calculated at checkout. All items to Australia are shipped via standard post. We are unable to send some fragile items to Australia - where this is the case we have noted it on the product page.
How long until I receive my awesome BEARDED products?
While we try to dispatch all orders the following day, this is not always possible. To ensure we meet your expectations, please allow the following for delivery:
New Zealand: up to 5 working days
Australia: up to 15 working days
For New Zealand orders, you'll receive a tracking link as soon as your parcel is ready for dispatch.
Do I need a Paypal account to buy from BEARDED?
No, not at all! Paypal is a safe and secure online payment company, giving you the option at checkout of EITHER setting up a Paypal account (or using an existing one) to pay OR paying with your credit card. There is no obligation to set up a Paypal account at all.
What if the product I wanted to buy is sold out?
Please get in touch with us straight away if this happens. The sooner we know that you are wanting to order something, the sooner we can get the ball rolling for you. Chances are a shipment may already be on its way to us as we do make regular orders anyway, but this may not always be the case.
To let us know, you can either click on the product image, and then click the link that says 'click here to be notified when this product becomes available', or you can send us an email directly to email@example.com. We will make sure you are first to know once the product has arrived!
Can I return a product if I've changed my mind?
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, we do not allow returns due to change of mind.
