    WHAT ARE PRODUCT SUBSCRIPTIONS?

    We have enabled ReCharge Subscriptions on our site - simply select your delivery frequency (e.g. every 2, 3 or 4 months) and your order will be automatically renewed and charged to your credit card. This is a great way to ensure you're regularly receiving your favourite products on time, at a discounted rate too!

    You can manage your subscriptions by logging into your customer portal on our site. Here you can modify your products, payment details, delivery address, delivery frequency and much more.  Cancel at any time.

    RETURNS

    Check out our Shipping & Returns page for information around returns.  Please note, due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns based on change of mind.

    CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

    You may be able to cancel your order so long as it hasn't been processed for dispatch. Once processed for dispatched it may not be able to be retrieved.  Please email us info@bearded.co.nz if you wish to cancel your order.
