    WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

    We ship New Zealand wide!

    While we used to ship to Australia, increased shipping costs and long delivery times have meant we have removed this option from our website.  

    WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING COSTS?

    Free shipping for orders over $100.

    For orders under $100, shipping is as follows:

    • Non-rural: $5.50 
    • Rural: $7.50

    If you are rural please select rural, otherwise your order may be cancelled and your order refunded. 

    DISPATCH & DELIVERY

    We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 business day.  Orders are sent via Post Haste couriers who aim for overnight delivery (North Island) or 2 day delivery (South Island).  As there can be unexpected delays, please allow up to 5 business days from purchase to delivery (additional time if delivery is to a rural address).

    Once your order has been packaged up you will receive tracking information via email.  Once the courier has collected your parcel, delivery is out of our hands. However, if your parcel is MIA, contact us and we will follow up with the courier company. If your parcel cannot be located, we will dispatch a replacement ASAP.  Don't worry - we won't leave you hanging!   

    SUBSCRIPTIONS

    We've enabled ReCharge Subscriptions on our site - simply select your delivery frequency (e.g. every 2, 3 or 4 months) and your order will be automatically renewed and charged to your credit card. This is a great way to ensure you're regularly receiving your favourite products on time, at a discounted rate too!

    You can manage your subscriptions by logging into your customer portal on our site. Here you can modify your products, payment details, delivery address, delivery frequency and much more.  Cancel at any time.

    RETURNS

    Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns based on change of mind.

    We will refund or replace any items with manufacturing faults or that have been damaged in transit.  Please send us a photograph and description of the default to info@bearded.co.nz, and note your order number.  You must notify us of any damaged items within 7 days of receipt of your order.

    CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

    You can cancel your order prior to your order being dispatched.  Please email us info@bearded.co.nz if you wish to cancel your order.
