    I want to start my bearded journey, but need some help

    Where do you ship to?

    We ship New Zealand wide!

    While we would love to ship to Australia, increased shipping costs and long delivery times have meant we have removed this option from our website.  

    What are your shipping costs?

    • Non-rural: $5.50 
    • Rural: $7.50

    Please ensure you select the correct shipping option (e.g. if you are rural please select rural), otherwise your order may be cancelled and your order refunded. 

    How long until I receive my awesome BEARDED products?

    While we aim for next day dispatch, this is not always possible. To ensure we meet your expectations, please allow up to 5 working days for your order to arrive.

    We use Post Haste couriers as our shipping provider.  As soon as your order has been packaged up, you will be sent a unique tracking link to track your parcel. 

    Do I need a Paypal account to buy from BEARDED?

    No, not at all!  While transactions are processed through Paypal, you do not need to have a Paypal account to place an order. 

    Paypal is a third party online payment company that we have partnered with to facilitate our payment processing.  You can either create an account (or use an existing one) to place your order, or bypass the account creation and simply pay with your credit / debit card.

    What if the product I wanted to buy is sold out?

    Please get in touch with us at info@bearded.co.nz and we will be sure to contact you as soon as the product is back in stock.

    Can I return a product if I've changed my mind?

    Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, we do not allow returns due to change of mind.  So please choose carefully.

    What if my product has arrived faulty or damaged?

    Please send us an email to info@bearded.co.nz with your name, order number and a photo of the item(s) and we will sort you out ASAP!  To enable us to make a claim with our courier company, we will require notification within 5 days of receipt of your order.
