Refund policy

Order cancellations

If you have a change of heart and wish to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible. Cancellation notifications can only be made prior to your order being processed for dispatch.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to process returns based on change of mind, so please choose carefully.

Refunds

We will refund any items with manufacturing faults that are returned in original packaging. Any returns on this basis must be notified to us within 7 days of receipt of your order. 

In the case of a return on a faulty item; you’ll need to confirm your order number and return the item in its original condition & packaging.

We do not refund products based on a change of mind.
